Day 1 Arrive Wellington Airport and transfer to your central city hotel.
Early arrivals will have time to explore the waterfront and have
that first coffee.
Visit Te Papa (free entry) and the Wellington Museum or one of
the many galleries. A walk thru Thorndon is worthwhile.
At twilight which can be any time between 5.00 - 7.15pm based
on sunset time, make your way to Zealandia for your Zealandia
by Night Twilight Tour. You might see Glow worms,
Ruru/Morepork and, of course, the Little Spotted Kiwi, all in the
wilds of suburban Wellington. Overnight Wellington City
Day 2 Following breakfast you are free to continue to enjoy Wellington. Make your way to the Weta Workshop15 minutes prior to your tour and check in for your Combo Tour which includes a 45 minute Workshop Tour followed by a 45 minute tour of the Minatures effect stage. This leaves you time to explore the Weta Cave retail store. Return to your hotel. Evening free to explore the restaurants around Cuba Street and Courtney Place. Overnight Wellington City
Day 3 After check out board your transfer to the airport in time for your flight home.
Day 2 Following breakfast you are free to continue to enjoy Wellington.
